When I was introduced to Dr. Jane Goodall and my mural was unveiled in front of her and the Roots for Shoots group, it was an exciting and unforgettable moment. Tom Furrer, the fearless and passionate teacher and leader of the United Anglers at Casa Grande, an earth advocate and outdoors man, coordinated the event.   I painted this mural of Alaska for the fish hatchery at Casa Grande High School in Petaluma, California just prior to receiving a grant that sent me to Alaska.

The mural was my donation for their worthy environmental activities.
